Launched in 1999, Checker and Rally’s has grown to become one of America’s top-selling burgers, fries, wings, and cola restaurants in the country. The GuestObsessed survey here, and on GuestObsessed.com, was created by their management team to find out exactly what kind of experience their customers are having at their restaurants. They’ll use this information to improve their food and services the next time you visit.

GuestObsessed.com Instructions
As with many similar surveys, you’ll need to be a recent customer of Checkers and Rally’s in order to take the survey. Look to your receipt for the following information:
- Store number
- Transaction date
- Check number

With your receipt in front of you, follow these instructions:
- Search for GuestObsessed in Google, or head directly to www.GuestObsessed.com
- From there, enter in your transaction details found on your receipt
- After the system has verified you, you’ll be invited to take the survey
- Answer the questions as openly and honestly as possible, Checkers and Rally’s simply want to improve your experience the next time you come in
- At the end of the survey, a validation code will be presented to you. Write this code on your receipt to claim the offer the next time you visit one of their restaurants
- Congrats! You’ve just completed the GuestObsessed survey and can enjoy some free food on your next visit
Some of the questions their team may ask includes:
- What was your overall satisfaction rating with this Checkers and Rally’s restaurant?
- Were you pleased with the food? Was your order accurate and hot when it arrived?
- How did their staff treat you? Did they greet you at the door and act considerately?
- Is there anything they could’ve done to improve your experience?
